Our Programs

Private pilot:

  • This certificate allows the pilot to operate a plane by day or by night under the Visual Flight Rules (VFR). Passengers can be transported, but pilots cannot be compensated economically.
    Flight Hours: 40 Hrs.
    Duration: 4/5 Months
Certification: Pilot students can obtain the American FAA license and / or the ICAO Bolivian license.

Commercial pilot:

  • This certificate allows the pilot to fly for compensation or rent, since the individual has met the requirements of the industry to be hired.
    USA:
    Flight Hours: 210 Hrs.
    Duration: 8/10 Months.
Certification: Pilot students will obtain the American FAA license.
    Bolivia:
    Flight Hours: 150 Hrs.
    Duration: 8/10 Months
Certification: Pilot students will obtain the ICAO Bolivian license.

IFR (Instrument Flight Rules):

  • The FAA’s Instrument Flying Handbook outlines the Instrument Flight Rules, as “Rules and regulations established by the FAA to govern flight under conditions in which flight by outside visual reference is not safe. IFR (Instrument Flight Rules) flight depends upon flying by reference to instruments in the flight deck, and navigation is accomplished by reference to electronic signals.” Operating a flight in instrument conditions requires that a pilot must have filed an IFR flight plan.

Multi-Engine Rating:

  • Multi-Engine rated pilots will experience the remarkable improvement in aircraft performance capability along with an increase in speed, power, and rate of climb. Managing the complexity and workload of a multi-engine aircraft is both exhilarating and rewarding. The multi-engine land rating is an “add-on” to an existing single-engine land private, commercial, or ATP certificate. For this rating, both VFR and IFR operations will be emphasized.
    Flight Hours: 10 Hrs.
    Duration: 2/4 Weeks

CFI (Certified flight instructor):

  • This certificate allows the license holder to train pilots for certification of single-engine aircraft. Whoever applies for this license must have a commercial or ATP pilot license.

ICAO English level assessment:

  • At JET AIRWAYS ACADEMY we offer the ICAO language proficiency test required for admission to any Airline.
